Matcon at CDC of Tampa
Elga Azofaifa, Human Resource Manager, recently represented Matcon in a series of mock interviews at Corporation to Develop Communities of Tampa (CDC of Tampa). She interviewed participants who completed construction-related courses including OSHA 10/30 and fork lift courses and provided feedback to give them a leg up in their job searches.
